Basically, we separate and dispose of combustible waste, non-combustible waste, kitchen waste, and recyclable waste, and try not to increase the amount of container and packaging waste as much as possible.
In particular, we have been trying to dispose of kitchen waste by ourselves for a long time, and we are devising ways to utilize it at farms.
豊島は長年、産業廃棄物不法投棄問題で悩まされてきた歴史があります。このため、ゴミの処理には気を遣い、環境に配慮した生活を送っています。
基本的には、可燃ゴミ、不燃ゴミ、生ゴミ、資源ゴミに分別して処理し、なるべく容器包装ゴミも増やさないようにしています。
特に生ゴミは、昔から各自で処理するように努めており、農園で活用するなど工夫をしています。
