In particular, Kagawa Prefecture is not a famous rice producing area, but if you cook local rice with local water, it will be delicious.

香川県は雨が少なく、昔から水不足に備えて、ため池を作ってきました。このお米も、そんな香川県産のお米で、知り合いの農家から直接購入しています。

特に香川県はお米の有名な産地というわけではないですが、地元のお米を、地元の水で炊くと美味しく感じます。
