[Gojiru] GOUJIRU

Gojiru is a local dish of Setouchi. Soybeans soaked in water and ground are called “go”, and soybeans in miso soup are called “Gojiro”. Miso is sometimes added, and it is considered to be a type of miso soup. The season is from autumn to winter when soybeans harvested in autumn are on the market.

Gojiro in Teshima is a style where you can simply enjoy the taste of soybeans without adding too much ingredients.
