Meet at Tokuto. Pick-up service available for customers staying at Ikuta. Put kitchen scraps into the composting bin. Learn details on how raw garbage turns into compost, and other efforts we are making at Eco-oh Retreat for sustainable agriculture.
Introduction of vegetables cropped at Tokuto or Hamanaka farm (depending on season). Experience farm work on your own.
Make tempura with vegetables you have just cropped. Shower available by making a reservation on the app.
Lunch: enjoy vegetable tempura and miso soup with homemade miso.
