【柿】KAKI
柿は木になる果実で、日本全国で栽培されています。糖度が非常に高い果実で、酸味がない甘さが特徴です。旬は秋で、オレンジ色の実を着けます。
食べ方は、生でデザートとして食べるほか、料理などにも利用されます。保存用に干した柿は、さらに甘みを増します。冬が近づくと、軒先に柿を干す光景が、豊島でも見られます。
