[Egg] TAMAGO

Eggs were harvested at the farm behind the Minpaku Yamane in Teshima. There is a chicken coop in the field, and chickens feed on the waste of vegetables in the field. The farm uses chicken droppings as fertilizer. That’s why you can get eggs on the farm. Toyohiko Kagawa, a social activist, practiced sustainable agriculture in Teshima. This was the first initiative in Japan. It is the best to make egg rice with Yamane’s egg.

【玉子】TAMAGO

玉子は豊島の民泊ヤマネの裏の畑で採れました。畑の中に鶏小屋があり、鶏は畑の野菜のクズをエサにしています。畑は鶏のフンを肥料にしています。だから畑で玉子が採れるのです。豊島は、社会活動家の賀川豊彦により、循環型農業が日本で最小に取り組まれた場所だと言われています。山根さんの取れたて玉子で、玉子ご飯を作ると最高です。
