In Teshima, various shrimp are caught depending on the season throughout the year. The shrimp here are caught by net fishing and are not farmed. On the island, we buy live shrimp directly from fishermen. Many shrimp are small shrimp, and we eat sashimi, boiled, and baked. In addition, we eat dried shrimp with its skin for preservation.

豊島では年間を通じて、季節によって、いろいろな海老が捕れます。島の海老は網漁で捕り、養殖ではありません。島では漁師さんから生きたままの海老を直接買います。多くの海老は小さな海老が多く、刺身で食べたり、煮たり、焼いたりしたものを食べたり、乾燥させたものを皮ごと食べたりします。
