Wild boar meat was caught in Teshima. About 15 years ago, wild boars swam across the island and have been breeding ever since. In recent years, wild boars have eaten vegetables in the fields, and farmers are in trouble. Not only wild boar but also nutria is increasing. Harmful birds and beasts have become a social problem nationwide in Japan. However, in Teshima, we catch and eat wild boars. The wild boar is very delicious as a Jibie cuisine. Because the wild boar eats delicious vegetables from the field.

【猪】INOSHISHI

猪肉は豊島で捕れました。15年ほど前から島に猪が泳いで渡ってきて、それ以来繁殖しています。それが、島の畑を荒らして困っています。猪だけではなく、ヌートリアも増えて困っています。日本では全国的に有害鳥獣が社会問題となっています。でも、豊島では猪を捕獲して食べています。猪はジビエとしてとても美味しいのです。なぜなら美味しい畑の野菜を食べているからです。
